Wedding Flowers

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable with your booking.  Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to wedding date.  If final payment is not received by this date then we will presume our services are no longer required and you will incur a 25% cancellation charge.

Chair Cover Hire /Candelabra Hire

A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable with your booking.  A £100 refundable loss/damage cash deposit is payable upon delivery of the Chair Covers (it will be at our discretion to increase this depending on the size of the booking).  The loss/damage deposit will be refunded to the hirer after the goods are collected and inspected by the owner.  If there are any missing or damaged items, the charges will be deducted from your deposit.  Should there be any excess charges they will be invoiced to the hirer.  A loss or damage replacement charge of £10 will be made against each lost or damaged chair cover and £3.00 for each organza sash.  Shortages and damages to hired goods will be charged at their full replacement value, and no substitute item will be accepted by Bows & Blooms.  Hire is for a 24 hour period only or as otherwise stated by Bows & Blooms.  A £100 refundable loss/damage cash deposit is payable upon collection of the candelabra.  The loss/damage deposit will be refunded to the hirer after the goolds are returned and inspected by the owner.  If there are any missing or damaged items, the charges will be deducted from your deposit.  Should there be any excess charges they will be invoiced to the hirer.  Any lost or damaged candelabra will be charged that their full replacement value – at present £72.00 each.

Vintage China Hire

The hire period will be 24 hours. A deposit of £50.00 will be required to secure any items you require. The outstanding balance is due 4 weeks before the event/hire date.

If payment is not received, within our terms and conditions, we will assume our services are no longer required and you will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the estimated total amount payable.  Any cancellations made less than 4 weeks to the required date will incur the full hire cost.  Final numbers for hired items should be made clear to Bows & Blooms 4 weeks before the event.

A £200 refundable damage deposit will also be required with the final payment.  This will not be cashed unless there are any damages/losses.  Any further costs will be invoiced to the hirer.  No substitute item will be accepted by Vintage Bows & Blooms

Most items in our collection are vintage and replacement costs are expensive.  Therefore we have to charge for breakages or loss of individual items.  These are as follows:

£12.00 for Tea Cups/Saucers/Plates/Milk Jugs/Sugar Bowls

£40.00 for Cake Stands

£35.00 for China Tea/Coffee Pots

A £200 refundable loss/damage deposit is required with each booking.

PLEASE NOTE

All the items in our collection are no longer mass produced.  Therefore we cannot guarantee specific colours or sizes.  We will hand pick a selection of china to suit your theme.  Should you wish to come and view the collection and select specific items then this service will be charged at a flat rate of £50.00, as it may take time to sort through the entire collection.

WASH UP SERVICE

This is charged at 15% of the total hire charge.  You can wash the items yourself if you have the facilities to do so.  However due to the delicate nature of the china, all items must be washed and dried by hand and NOT placed in a dishwasher.  If you require Vintage Bows & Blooms to wash up for you, all excess food should be scraped from all items and cups rinsed.  No butter, cream, sugar or milk deposits should be left on the crockery.  Should this not be done then we reserve the right to apply a surcharge for additional cleaning which will be 10% of the total hire fee.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

The standard charge for delivery, set up and collection within a 40-mile radius of Chislehurst is up to £20.00 for delivery and up to £20.00 for collection.  Alternatively, if you wish you can arrange to collect and return your order.
